1 - Central Bank

            Project Helio Ferreira Pinto, her plan was inspired by the logo of the institution. The building is the tallest in the city and stands out in the Banking Sector South by the grandeur of its 21 floors. It has six underground vaults where the National Treasury. It belongs to the bank one of the most important art galleries in Brasilia, with a collection of paintings by Portinari, Di Cavalcanti, Tarsila do Amaral, Djanira and other artists of the Brazilian modernist movement. 2 - CEF

             Banking located in the South, the building has the shape of a cylindrical tower, whose surface is composed of vertical blades of concrete. On the ground floor, the windows of Lawrence Heilmer attract visitors. Its interior is completely leaked by a circular staircase. It is worth knowing the Centro Cultural Caixa, a reference in the promotion of culture with a significant collection of contemporary Brazilian art and periodic exhibitions of great artistic value, book launch attended by the authors and theatrical room.

3 - Metropolitan Cathedral Nossa Senhora Aparecida

           Designed by architect Oscar Niemeyer, your plan is circular without the main facade. Access to the interior is done by an underground passage, which, according to scholars, can be understood as an allegory to the Roman catacombs from the beginning of Christianity. The 16 curved pillars of concrete that join at the top represent the crown of thorns of Jesus. The cathedral has an impressive collection of works of art: on the outside, the sculptures of the four Evangelists, Alfredo Ceschiatti, paintings by Di Cavalcanti, Marianne Peretti stained glass, pottery and a panel of Athos, the Baptistery.

4 - Catetinho

              Catetinho was the first official residence of President Juscelino Kubitschek in Brasilia. Built in just ten days, is a very simple building, wooden, with only two floors. Today it operates as a museum guard furniture and personal belongings of Juscelino used during the construction of the city. It was listed by the National Historical Institute. Its name is an allusion to the Court Palace in Rio de Janeiro, residence at the time the President of the Republic.

5 - Cultural Center Banco of Brazil

6 - Cultural Center of the Republic

              Opened on December 15, 2006, the Cultural Complex of the Republic, may be perhaps the last building by renowned architect Oscar Niemeyer in Brasilia. Located between the bus and the Cathedral, will transform the East Axis a major center of culture, shopping and recreation. It is part of the set, the Republic Museum, the National Library, an auditorium, shops and multiplex cinema set.

7 - Convention Center Ulysses Guimarães

              Designed by architect Sergio Bernardes. The center occupies a total area of ​​54 thousand square meters, with capacity for 9400 people. Subdivided into wards, the South is for mounting exhibitions with 10.2 million square feet. The West Wing, with a span of 2 000 m2 ground floor and four auditoriums, offers multiple options, theater, cinema, among others. In the North Wing Master's auditorium, with capacity for 3000 people, thirteen modular rooms, multipurpose area on the 1st floor and facilities for press and authorities. The Auditorium also has sound equipment with the latest technology and cabling for audio visual installation built. 8 - Ayrton Senna Sports Centre

9 - National Congress   

             For Oscar Niemeyer, the Congress building is your favorite achievement. Postcard from Brasilia, with its bold design plastic, the seat of the Brazilian Legislature, is a set of constructions where stand the two domes representing the plenary: the largest dome (convex) of the full House of Representatives and the small dome (concave) , which houses the Federal Senate floor. In Annex I, consisting of two buildings of 28 floors vertical, runs the administration of the two legislative houses. Over the years, other annexes were built for new parliamentary offices and office facility for activities of support.

10 - Space Lúcio Costa

          Recently renovated, the space shows a mockup of Brasilia, with 179 square meters. It is an underground building, located in the Three Powers Square, designed by Oscar Niemeyer in homage to Lucio Costa.

11 - Space Oscar  Niemeyer

           Located at the rear of the Three Powers Square is a small cylindrical building where you can admire the works (panels, drawings and photos) that represent the works of one of the most renowned architects of the twentieth century.

12 - Esplanade of Ministries

           A vast lawn with 17 buildings, uniform construction, housing the ministries of the executive branch. In the current government, the following are the ministerial portfolios: Agriculture, Livestock and Supply / Social Assistance cities / Science and Technology / Communications / Culture / Defense (Army, Navy, Air Force) / Land Development / Development, Industry and Foreign Trade / Education / Sports / Farm / National Integration / Justice / Environment / Energy and Mines / Planning, Budget and Management / Social Security / Foreign Relations / Health / Labor / Transportation / Tourism.

13 - National Stadium in Brasilia - Mané Garrincha

With a projected capacity for 71.412 million people and 15 minutes from the airport, the project provides a system of interconnected and efficient transportation. The plan is to have a BRT buses with environmentally friendly, hybrid fuel and a program of public bike rental, with the creation of 600 km of cycle paths.

On the way, there are museums, theaters, hospitals and roads. Accessibility is another important issue for green stage. Besides elevators, ramps facilitate access for people with disabilities or wheelchair users at various levels of the arena.

The project has approximately 230 square meters of green areas and a system to capture rainwater, which is filtered to supply all the demand of the stadium.

The cover is made of a white membrane which reflects heat and has titanium dioxide in the composition. This element, in contact with air humidity and rain drops, behaves like a teflon (coating pan) - it does not stick or dirt accumulates.

The stadium was opened on 18.05.2013 and considered by FIFA as one of the most beautiful and one of the best infrastructures in the world.

14 - Light Source of TV Tower

A show of watercolors and synchronized Fonte Luminosa TV Tower. The history of the Federal Capital is told through two thousand ejector nozzles water. The main jet reaches reach 50 meters high. Amid the changes of sounds, shapes and colors, a big screen with 40x15 meters water displays projections for small movies and photos. 15 - New Road

The new terminal has 20 thousand square meters of constructed area and was prepared to receive more than 140,000 passengers per month. It is located on the side of the subway station mall, facing the South and Carrefour near two bus stops urban, with links to the main cities of Mexico City and surrounding areas.
Importantly, this new road replaced the railway station.
The new terminal has:
- 25 boarding platforms;
- 7 landing platforms;
- 60 box office;
- 10 stores and four kiosks (stores are among a Bob's House of Bread and Cheese);
- 06 ATMs (4 BB, 1 and 1 CEF 24 Hours);
- Guard Volumes (R$ 3.00 for 8 hours).
Among the services for the convenience of passengers are: bathrooms with shower (R$ 6 for 8 minutes with towel and soap), comfort station, bike rack, luggage carts to transport and electronic billboards informing the arrivals and departures of buses.
The new terminal is fully adapted for people with special needs.

16 - Bus Station Brasilia

           Located in the geographic center of Brasilia, where the axes intersect and Monumental Road. The author of the project road was Lúcio Costa, who conceived a set of platforms on four levels. On the lower deck are the bus stops connecting the Plano Piloto everywhere the Federal District and surrounding areas. In the intermediate platforms, the station divides the north and south wings of the city, and, in the upper deck, are located the two sectors of entertainment consisting of two shopping centers, CONIC, on the south side and the north side, the National Assembly the more traditional shoppingde Brasilia.

17 - Memorial of Indigenous Peoples

             Designed by Oscar Niemeyer. A small pavilion cylindrical volume, the memorial was inspired to organize the villages of the Bororo Indians. Inside are objects of indigenous culture, such as basketry, pottery and feather work.

18 - Memorial JK

             Building-mausoleum designed by Oscar Niemeyer to save the remains of Juscelino Kubitschek. It has an auditorium and a library with 3000 volumes which belonged to the former president. On permanent display, objects and pictures of the founder of Brasilia.

19 - Ministry of Justice

           Authored by Niemeyer, the palace resembles the Foreign Ministry and the Foreign Ministry, because of their bows. Beyond the reflecting pool, artificial waterfalls run through gutters and concrete are the main attraction of the facade. Recently, it became known as Palace Raimundo Faora.

20 - Alvorada Palace

            Official residence of the President of the Republic, is one of the masterpieces of Oscar Niemeyer. It was designed in 1956, even before the choice of the master plan of the new capital. It is a rectangular building with two floors and a basement and has as main feature the white marble columns that frame the longitudinal facades and became a symbol of the capital. A small side chapel completes the set.
At daybreak, there are works of art like the sculptures The Bathers, of Ceschiatti, and Rite of Rhythms, Maria Martins. It is authored by Athos wall of golden tiles located in the entrance hall, the door of the chapel and stained glass. The landscaping is Roberto Burle Marx.

21 - Palace of the Buriti

             Designed by architect Nauro Jorge Esteves, team Niemeyer, is the seat of Government of the Federal District. Its name is due to a palmácia which is typical of the cerrado, the buriti.
The palm tree, planted by Israel Pinheiro initiative engineer, builder and first mayor of the new capital in 1959, was listed as a Historic District Federal. In front of the palace there is a copy of the famous Roman sculpture Loba breastfeeding brothers Romulus and Remus. 22 - Palace of Itamaraty

           Headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil is one of the best known works of Niemeyer. The building has a façade arches and decorative panels of various artists such as Athos, Reuben Valentine, Sergio Camargo, Maria Martins, and a fresco by Alfredo Volpi. The building is surrounded by a reflecting pool that serves as the backdrop for the famous sculpture The Meteor, Bruno Giorgi. The internal and external landscaping carries the signature of Roberto Burle Marx. The art collection of the Foreign Ministry is comprised of works by the most renowned Brazilian artists, containing paintings, sculptures, tapestries and adornments refined several times. 23 - Palace of Planalto 

           Known as Palace of Dispatches, is the seat of the executive branch of Brazil. Designed by Oscar Niemeyer, the palace is covered with white marble and the main facade, facing the Three Powers Square, only four floors are visible, although the building has basements and administrative annexes. Ministerial meetings are held in the large hall housing the impressive oval table on the second floor. The Presidential Office is located on the third floor, next to the offices of Civil and Corporate Security. A wide ramp, spiral, unites these two stories. On the second floor, the halls are located east and west, where the ceremonies are held for delivery
credentials of foreign diplomats, signatures of laws and treaties or possession of state ministers.

24 - Pantheon of the Fatherland

           It was built in honor of the former president Tancredo Neves and the heroes of the fatherland. Designed by Oscar Niemeyer, its shape suggests the image of a dove. In the main hall, the window is authored by Marianne Peretti and the panel on Minas Conspiracy, John House. Athos signs Panel Red Room.

25 - JK Bridge

         Elected in 2003 as the most beautiful bridge in the world by the Engineering Society of the State of Pennsylvania, in the United States, the Juscelino Kubitschek Bridge is an example of architectural boldness that lives up to the spirit of change that was the milestone in the construction of Brasília (work by architect Alexandre Chan). 26 - Square Cruise

              The cross marks the highest point of the urban area of ​​Brasília, the 1172 meters in height. 27 - Three Powers Square

          Designed by Lúcio Costa and Oscar Niemeyer designed by, is a large civic space that integrates the Three Powers of the Republic: Congress center, the seat of the legislature; North, Planalto Palace, seat of the executive branch; south, the Supreme Court, the seat of the judiciary, the square is the Warriors sculpture by Bruno Giorgi, considered a symbol of Brasilia. 29 - South Superblocks

The first two blocks were fully designed by Oscar Niemeyer to serve as references to that would be built in the future. Both have a spatial division between the blocks of flats. The Superquadra 308 South is considered one of the finest achievements of Costa's proposal for the residential areas of the Pilot Plan. 30 - Supreme Court

31 - National Theater Cláudio Santoro

           Designed by Oscar Niemeyer has the shape of an irregular pyramid, with the facade into cubes and rectangles, a composition of Athos. 32 - TV Tower

              Project Lúcio Costa, is the highest point of the entire master plan, with 224 meters high, and its observatory, located 75 meters, has a complete view of the Monumental Axis. Built in two stages, the tower is a reference to Lucio Costa to the Eiffel Tower in Paris. On the first floor runs the National Museum of Gems. 33 - Tower Digital

                The Digital TV Tower Brasilia, dubbed Flower Cerrado, is designed to be a tower broadcasting TV system for all Digital Federal District and Surrounding some cities.

The Digital Tower epitomizes the best of Niemeyer's architecture in Brasilia. You can enjoy it and consider it the capital from various perspectives. The most surprising of them, the gazebo, one can see all points of the capital at 120 meters above ground. 1. Waterfalls

1a. Blue Well (Brazlândia / DF)

Located on private property and is the result of the rupture of a quartz rock, formed from a large pool of clear water and blue, with waterfalls, rapids and a cave flooded by water.

1g. Jumping Tororó (DF)

2. Caves

2a. Araras and the Hole Swallows (Formosa / GO)
